Can I download live prices from Marketmaker into a 3rd party application, like Excel?
There is no facility to connect a 3rd party application to Marketmaker to extract live prices.

The Cash and Payments History window will show both cash in and out, to and from the account. To open it, go to 'Trading' in the Marketmaker menu, select blotters and select 'Cash & Payment History'

Yes, if the computer has adequate resources (Processor speed, RAM, etc.)

You can make the news instrument specific by selecting related news from the right hand click menu on the single price window for that instrument.

If-done orders are two orders, the second linked to the first. When the first order is executed the second order then becomes active.

'One Cancels Other'
Two orders are created, the second linked to the first. When one is executed the other is automatically cancelled.
What does GTC mean?
'Good Till Cancelled'
Order will remain pending until it is either executed or manually cancelled.
Why am I not getting emails from RBS Spread Trading?
They may be being caught by your spam filter. RBS Spread Trading send emails containing important account information from clientcommunications@rbsspreadtrading.co.uk, so please ensure you have instructed your filter let this through. This will ensure the email is delivered to your inbox and not mistaken for junk mail.
